The public health service center of Xi'an Aerospace base is an important part of the construction of regional public health service system by aerospace, and it is also the core of public health emergency disposal in the south of the city of Xi'an Medical layout. The center integrates the public health service center, the CDC and the experimental building. HY intelligent combined anti harmonic low-voltage power capacitor compensation device is a new generation of reactive power compensation equipment applied to 0.4kV low-voltage distribution network with high efficiency and energy saving, restraining harmonics and improving power factor.
