Poly C+International Expo Center is a large-scale exhibition complex real estate project developed by Poly Real Estate Hainan Regional Company in Sanya. It is a cooperation project between Poly Group and the government to construct the Hainan exhibition economy. Covering a total area of 149000 square meters, with a total construction area of approximately 175000 square meters and a plot ratio of 1.2, it is developed in two phases, covering four core business formats: exhibition, office, commercial, and hotel. It is a multi-functional exhibition complex that integrates exhibition, conference, large-scale commercial facilities, public service facilities, and landscape environment functions. After completion, it will make up for the shortage of large-scale exhibitions and foreign trade platforms in Sanya, and enhance the carrying capacity of international exhibitions in Sanya, It provides a powerful exhibition business platform for cultural, commercial, scientific and technological exhibitions, exchanges and transactions along the Maritime Silk Road.
