Applications

This project adopts harmonic control and reactive power compensation series products, including APF active filter modules, power capacitors, composite switches, reactors, controllers, etc. It is mainly used for harmonic control and reactive power compensation. It can effectively improve power factor and reduce losses while filtering harmonics, ensuring stable and reliable operation of power equipment.

The HYAPF active filter detects the load current in real time through the external current transformer CT, and extracts the harmonic components of the load current through the internal DSP calculation, and then sends it to the internal IGBT through the PWM signal to control the inverter to generate a harmonic component of the load. Currents with equal waves and opposite directions are injected into the power grid to compensate for harmonic currents to achieve filtering.

BSMJ series self-healing low-voltage parallel power capacitors are suitable for power frequency AC power systems with rated voltages of 1000V and below, to improve power factor and power quality.

CKSG series three-phase series filter reactors are often affected by harmonic current, closing inrush current and operating overvoltage when compensating capacitive reactive power, resulting in capacitor damage and power factor reduction.
