The site of Rizhao Workers' Cultural Palace is located in the north of Shandong Road, the west of Huancui Road, and the south of Xuegeng Road, covering an area of 14496.7 square meters, with a total construction area of 25878.21 square meters. The main functions and facilities include: employee skill training center, employee cultural activity center, employee sports activity center, and employee service center. After completion, it will become a comprehensive public welfare place for all levels of workers in the city, integrating culture and art, sports and fitness, education and training, exhibition and display, and employee services.

The HYAPF active filter detects the load current in real time through the external current transformer CT, extracts the harmonic component of the load current through the internal DSP calculation, and then sends the PWM signal to the internal IGBT to control the inverter to generate a current equal to the load harmonic and opposite in direction and inject it into the power grid to compensate the harmonic current, realizing the filtering function.
